My Post Menopause Health Coaching is all about you and your unique needs. I primarily work with post menopausal women which enables me to provide specialist guidance and information in this area of health and fitness.

I offer a safe, judgement free environment where we explore and work on your personal health vision, challenges and goals together. You are no longer alone in your journey towards the healthiest you.

To ensure that we are a good fit and you are ready to invest your time in Health Coaching, I offer a complimentary 20 minute consultation via zoom to discuss your needs and goals.

After your 20 minutes complimentary consultation, if we agree to work together, it’s time to start creating your own unique beautiful midlife.

Please initially book a 90 minute session – this give us time to explore all parts of your health puzzle and find the best way forward for you.

Following that, you have a choice as to whether you book 30 minute or 60 minute review sessions (or 90 minutes sessions are also available if you need that extra bit of help). This process is all about you and you therefore have control over how you want to structure your time with me.

What happens in our INITIAL 90 minute consultation?
Our discussion will involve getting a full picture of your ultimate health vision and also understand all the pieces of your current health puzzle.

‍During this time, you’ll be able to share and ask as many questions as you like as we explore your goals and motivation to create change.

Towards the end of the session, we will begin to formulate a health plan personalised to you and start to develop strategies to overcome barriers and achieve your desired outcomes.

You’ll walk away from the session with some insight into where you are at now and the way forward. You’ll also likely feel a sense of hope and excitement about the possibilities of working towards your healthiest and most beautiful you!

What happens in our REVIEW consultations?
My approach is not based on quick fixes and recognises that sustainable change takes time. Depending on where you are at now in your journey and where you want to go, you may want to book in for review consultations every week or once per month.

Each follow up session will be individualised to your needs on the day.

You may want to explore more about your motivation for the changes you desire, set actions plans, discuss strategies for implementing your plans or work through any barriers or challenges that you need to overcome. Ultimately, you will become more confident in your abilities as you move towards your self determined goals.

I will be there to support you throughout your journey as a wellbeing mentor and accountability partner. We work together to help you create your personal health vision.
